1. I have just ordered an item. When will I receive it?

A. Please check your order confirmation receipt that we sent across to your email address where all details are mentioned. It does not take more than 7 days for the product's delivery, no matter what kind of shipping method we choose.

2. Will you deliver the package to a different location, other than mine?

A. You are free to send the parcel anywhere in the world, other than your own address; just the thing is you have to mention that particular address with complete details like exact street no., PIN (area) code, etc. just like you would do if your own address was there. We won't be liable if we couldn't deliver the parcel due to your mentioning of wrong address. In the latter case, you will need to repeat the whole process.

3. Are order cancellations possible?

A. The order cancellations are only possible if you do this before the order's dispatch from our warehouse. Else we won't be able to help you out in this matter.

4. What if I get damaged item or nothing at all?

A. In any of the rare cases, you may consult to our customer care executive(s) along with the details attached and you will be assisted in no time. Based on your own decision, we will re-transmit your order or refund your money back, whatever suits your requirement.

5. How to track my order once it is dispatched?

A. We will provide you the details of tracking your order along with the order details that we send right after the order is placed. You can easily track the order's status all through the way till it reaches you.
